Streamline Sales and Operations Planning

This video course provides a practical, end-to-end introduction to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). It explains how companies align demand, supply, and financial objectives through a structured, monthly planning process, while managing short-term variability through operational execution. Using clear explanations and a realistic business case, the course walks through each step of the S&OP cycle—from demand generation and demand planning to supply planning, consensus, executive decision-making, and execution. Learners will gain a solid understanding of how S&OP connects strategy to operations, how to identify and resolve gaps versus the business plan, and how to use planning tools and data to support better business decisions.
